The contract was signed on October 12th, 2019 at the office of Lam Son Sugar- Cane Joint Stock Company – Lasuco (Lam Son Town, Tho Xuan District, Thanh Hoa Province). Accordingly, BrainMark will accompany with Lasuco to develop 2 new products which are nutritional water extracted from sugar cane and brown rice milk with alum sugar.
To ensure the project time-line, after signing the contract, BrainMark will organize a market research in Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi and Thanh Hoa. Next is brand positioning, logo design, brand identity design, product strategy consulting, selling price, distribution system building, communication strategy consulting.
Along with 2 consulting contracts to bring nutritional water products extracted from sugar cane and brown rice milk to the market, BrainMark also signed the third contract – consulting on building organizational structure, describing functions and tasks, human resource management system, capacity assessment system, BrainKPI system, 3P salary (Brain3PS), corporate culture building (BrainCOC) for Lam Son Trading & Import Export Company.
During the meeting of signing the contract, Chairman Le Van Tam emphasized, this is a project that Lasuco leaders are especially interested in. He wished BrainMark would accompany Lasuco for two consecutive years as a consultant and supervisor.
