Lecturer Nguyen The Dong used to hold the position of Product & Marketing Director of Microsoft Vietnam.
He has more than 8 years at Siemens Germany Telecom with many positions such as Import-Export, Financial Supervisor, Project Manager and for 4 consecutive years he held the position of building information systems, implement series of important application IT projects helped Siemens Vietnam to be considered as one of the leading pioneers in IT application in Asia Pacific Region from 2000 to 2002.
He was the former founder and Chairman of the Board of Directors of ATHENA company, the first person in Vietnam who develop the concept of “Computer Police 113” and organized successfully two consecutive “White Hat Hacker Congress” in 2006 and 2007, which resonated widely in the media and information technology in the country. In 2007, Mr. Dong experienced in Retail Business as Director of ICThardware Computer Supermarket and Vibird Computer Factory.
He pursued a master’s degree in Auditing Accounting, participate in many senior training courses in Project Management, Leadership, Sales and Marketing at SWINBURNE University Australia, Technical Training Courses in swichboard equipment and transmission at Siemens – Germany, completed the Training Program on Management & Operation of Telecommunications networks at Beijing BISC Academy, and many other international certifications in system administration, security and Microsoft programming. He is a person who knows to comprehend and apply both fields of Information Technology, Management, and Business into the practical business operation.
