2002 – 2006: Human Resources Director & Internal Communications of BAYER Vietnam (a German multinational corporation) with the business fields of pesticides, feed and aquiculture drugs, new ingredients and pharmaceutical products.
1998 – 2001: Head of Human Resources of Visypak Vietnam factory specializes in manufacturing PET bottles (a multinational corporation of Australia), specializing in producing PET bottles.
2/ Training Experience
Mr. Dinh has been with the Human Resources profession since the end of 1998 up to now, in which over 10 years has been a senior administrator. The opportunity to work at companies in the service, trading and manufacturing sectors of many different industries brings him rich real-world experiences, from management challenges, especially HR Management, to participating in organizational development projects in both operational and strategic roles.
In addition, Mr. Dinh is also an expert with many years of experience in training and coaching in management and leadership skills. He is a visiting lecturer in Human Resource Management at some Universities and Training Centers in Ho Chi Minh City.
