The cultural training program was implemented by BrainMark on September 21st, 2019 at the “headquarters” of Vinh Hoan Company in Dong Thap. This is an indispensable part and is considered like the most attractive and wonderful in the process of cooperation in building business culture of the two parties.
Along with the “narrator” is Master Nguyen Thanh Tan – BrainMark Chief Strategy Officer, Ms. Truong Thi Le Khanh – Chairman of Vinh Hoan’s Board of Directors has shared from her heart and inspired to 300 managers, representing for thousands ” Vinh Hoan people “. Through Vinh Hoan’s photos, lively video, vision, mission, core values, behavior, ethics rules have been integrated and conveyed creatively and impressively.
It can be said that covering Vinh Hoan culture is Gratefulness. Grateful to the pangasius, to the rich and peaceful Western land, to the fish farmers, to the founder, to customers, partners, colleagues, etc. The training session ended when all “Vinh Hoan” staffs signed a commitment to comply with business culture.
