In July 20th, 2020. BrainMark officially started the overall restructuring consultancy project for Viet An Environmental Engineering Joint Stock Company.
Accordingly, BrainMark will accompany with Viet An to implement the following consulting services. Building organizational structure and job description, BrainKPI System, Capacity Assessment System, System Salary 3P (Brain3PS), Management Systems (BrainEOS), Corporate Culture (BrainCOC) and Annual Operation Plan (BrainAOP).
During the meeting of the consulting project, the leaders of the two parties agreed on the implementation schedule, agreed on the method of coordination, identified the clue to receive information, the list of documents Viet An needs to prepare for BrainMark to find out the current situation.
After studying documents (current organizational structure, list of titles, vision, mission, core values …), BrainMark’s consultants will standardize the organizational structure, list of titles name of Viet An and embark on building functions, duties of departments and job descriptions for each position.
Next, the remaining works will be conducted simultaneously. Master Nguyen Thanh Tan – Chief Strategy Officer of BrainMark said that the total estimated time for the whole project is 6 months.
Chairman cum CEO Nguyen Hoai Thi expected that after this overall restructuring, Viet An will has got a new development, participating in the Top 1,000 billion businesses in Vietnam soon.
